@nikonfseries “Two basic kinds, Smaller ones and larger ones” Go with Think Tank for travel their airport v.2 is awesome and you don’t have to lug around a pelican. With Pelican they will just check it under the plane anyway and then all hell breaks loose. In my Think Tank Airport bag , I carry two MK III bodys, a 24-70mm, 14mm, 70-200mm, 400mm, external flash with off shoe flash and a CB mini RC, bag is heavy as hell but I don’t have any headaches

Dear “expert-village” (using the word expert loosely)

I would like to have my 1:23 seconds of my life back as that video was horrible….

Stupid, incoherent babble quote of the week goes to James Flint for:

    “James Bond effect”
    and
“there are two kinds, smaller ones and larger ones.”

You sir….shall not pass go, nor collect 200 dollars…..you will swiftly proceed to Jail….

Dear ExpertVillage, what you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

It’s true what you are saying. There is many kinds of camera bags. Not just “small” and “large” one’s. Every kind comes in different sizes. Personally I recommend a backpack.

If you have too much equipment you can always combine backpacks with shoulder camera bags. Crumpler is BTW my favourite brand.

2 kinds of cases? not to be an ass, but come one… Large and small sure…but:

Backpack style, over the shoulder, sling style, rolling case, hardshell case, belt system, and pretty much all cases come in a large, small or medium size.

So when I need to have more equipment I need a larger bag, I thought it will be possible to put all my equipment in a smaller bag.
    O.o
