it sucks that this camera doesn’t support HD video.
I’m saving up for this (in black)!
i cant understand their flagship model and no 720p hd mode ive read lots of reviews apart from barrel distortion left hand side it take the best pic for a compact. Torn between 980is, olympus tough 8000, canon 780is. just got rid o casio exilim s12 very poor pics and bad shutter lag
Great picture taker though from what i hear.. I`d go with the SX200 canon 12x zoom high def video.1280×720P
I tested this camera and I must say it`s exellent.
Put a bt pricey.
that’s really bad … i was about to buy it ,,, but i won’t now cuz of that
Ooooooops it does only 640×480 video sorry Vafhini4u
Yes 1280×768.. very nice.
No, the video only goes up to 640X480 on this model.
yes really
really?? this camera has manual focus?
YES HD VIDEOS!
does this camera take HD video quality?
this guy completely misses the point of this camera ..
it has a bigger sensor (1/1.7″) than other point and shoot cameras and it has manual controls .. if you don’t care about those two things, you should get the sd880 instead
I want that camera for free.
I don`t think much of this camera considering the tech thats out now…
Sad… SX200 is the camera I`m impressed with.
amazon,com

Yes! I have a G3 iBook and an iMac, and the Canon works flawlessly with iPhoto. It’s great!
